目前，塑料模具制造在整個模具行業(yè)中所占的比例高達30%，可見，塑料模具加工工藝的重要意義?，F(xiàn)階段，塑料模具已經(jīng)應用在航天航空、儀表機電以及汽車等制造行業(yè)中。因此，塑料模具加工工藝具有非常好的發(fā)展前景。下面，筆者就塑料模具加工工藝現(xiàn)狀，對塑料模具加工工藝未來發(fā)展趨勢進行分析。

塑料模具加工工藝現(xiàn)狀

1）氣體輔助成型技術(shù)日趨成熟

近幾年，氣體輔助成型技術(shù)在塑料模具加工中逐漸得到應用。目前，已經(jīng)有部分企業(yè)將氣體輔助成型技術(shù)應用在洗衣機外殼、電視機外殼以及汽車裝飾物件等塑料物件加工工藝中，并且取得了非常好的效果。

2）熱流道技術(shù)應用廣泛

雖然熱流道塑料模具應用所占比例不高，但是熱流道技術(shù)在塑料模具加工行業(yè)中的發(fā)展速度非?？?，目前，熱流道技術(shù)在塑料模具加工工藝中的應用率已經(jīng)達到了33.33%。比較常見的熱流道加工技術(shù)分為三種，分別是一般內(nèi)熱式、分流板式以及外熱式。

隨著新技術(shù)、新工藝的不斷引進，塑料模具的使用壽命得到延長。目前，我國高速塑料異型材的加工速度已經(jīng)達到了商業(yè)化加工速度。塑料異型材的基礎(chǔ)模式可分為雙腔共擠以及多腔共擠兩種模式。我國有較多的企業(yè)已經(jīng)在塑料模具加工過程中，精心設計自動脫流道模進而冷卻系統(tǒng)，這令塑料模具加工效率得到了顯著的提高。
